Gravity Reversi Masters (GRM) is an iconic queeer TCG born out of にちょまん! (Nichoman!), the queer manga market in Tokyo's legendary Shinjuku 2-chome district. This is its first official release outside Japan, brought to the US exclusively through the Nichoman x QueerCraft partnership.

Every card is an original piece of queer culture: Japan's hottest performing go-go dancers and drag queens and original artists showcasing burly bears, flirty furries, and bara hunks to name a few.

What's included

  • One first edition English GRM 36-card deck.
    • One shared deck - it's casual. Get's you started with a friend.
    • One deck each - it gets hot. This is where strategy lives.
  • GRM limited-edition play mat (free with pre-order)

FREE pre-order exclusive: limited-edition 24"x 14" neoprene playmat featuring QueerCraft character art by K-Pup.

How it plays

GRM plays fast, hard, and loves a good flip. Take turns placing cards on a 3×3 grid. Heavier cards flip lighter adjacent cards. Special abilities bring unexpected surprises. Whoever controls the most face-up cards when the grid fills wins (unless you consider being face down a win - we don't judge 😉).

Plan Your Gayme Night

We always want you to come prepared. One deck, yeah it's casual. Divide the deck in half, and two can play. You learn. It's fun. It's a bit vanilla.

One deck for each player, now things get hot. Craft your own play style. If you lose? Build a new deck with a different strategy. It's exciting. It's unpredictable. It's going from "I win" to "Daddy just dominated me" - in that really, really good way.

the collab

Born in 2-Chome. Built for Everyone.

GRM isn't just a card game. It's a cultural artifact from the heart of Tokyo's most beloved LGBTQ+ community, crossing oceans for the first time through this collab.

QueerCraft was born from a simple idea: tabletop gaming should be as bold, unapologetic, and beautifully queer as the people who play it. From hand-crafted deck boxes to erotic shadowbox art, everything we offer is built with intention and pride.

GRM (Gravity Reversi Masters, pronounced "Gram") is a trading card game born out of
にちょまん! (Nichoman!), a queer manga market in Tokyo's legendary Shinjuku 2-chome district. The game celebrates queer characters, queer stories, and the vibrant community of one of the world's most iconic LGBTQ+ neighborhoods.

When these two worlds met, this collab was inevitable. Nichoman's GRM. QueerCraft energy. One limited run. Exclusively on QueerCraft.co.

“I created GRM with the intention of introducing many artists and gogo performers to the world. Every card lets fans discover icons throughout queer culture.” — Creator of GRM and Nichoman!

The Game

How to Play GRM

GRM is a trading card game that's not only fun to collect, but also a fully playable strategy game. Gameplay is similar to FF14 Triple Triad and FF9 Tetra Master: take turns placing cards on a 3×3 grid, then use a card's weight to flip your opponent's pieces. Simple to learn, satisfying to master.

00

Set Up the Game

Build your deck however you like. No fixed deck size, but you can only have 2 of the same card per deck. The player going first starts with 2 cards. The player going second starts with 3 cards to balance the advantage.

01

Draw & Play a Card

Draw 1 card from your deck each turn, then place a card from your hand onto any empty space on the 3×3 grid.

02

Weigh & Flip

After playing a card, compare your card's weight against every adjacent opposing card. Any card that weighs less than yours gets flipped.

03

Activate Card Abilities

Activate your card's ability when applicable. Some abilities flip the game's tide. Only one EX card per player can be on the board at a time.

04

Claim the Board

Keep playing until the grid is full. The player who controls the most face-up cards wins.

Before You Pre-order

Pre-order FAQ

When am I charged, and when does it ship?

Your card is charged in full the moment you place your pre-order, not a deposit. GRM First US Edition decks are scheduled to ship October 2026. If that date moves for any reason, we'll email you directly with the new timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. Just email us at hello@queercraft.co and we'll take care of it, no hoops to jump through.

What's the neoprene play mat, exactly?

Pre-order GRM now and you'll receive a custom-printed neoprene playmat. A huge 24" x 14" playing surface with custom drawn art by K-Pup. Designed with a card layout for playing a perfect game of GRM, but large enough to use for other TCGs.

Will I get updates before it ships?

Yes. We'll keep you posted as we get closer to the October ship date, including any production updates worth sharing. No radio silence between now and when it lands on your table.

Is this a real, playable game or just collectible cards?

Both. GRM is a fully playable strategy game (see How to Play above) as well as a collectible line celebrating queer culture, artists, and performers. You're not just buying art, you're getting a game you can actually bring to your table.

How many players can one deck support?

Two, if you share. Shuffle all 36 cards, split them, and you're playing in minutes. It's a great way to learn the game.

GRM gets good when you each have your own deck. There's no limit on deck size, so before every match you build from all 36 cards: go big, or run a lean 12 to 15 card build for a fast, brutal game. Lose to your rival? Swap cards and come back with a different plan. Share one deck and you play whatever you're dealt. Bring your own and you choose.

Sharing is sweet. Building your own is hotter.

Are all decks the same?

Yep, every deck has the same 36 cards. Nobody's paying to win. You and your rival start from the same arsenal, and the only difference is what each of you does with it.
