Returns & Replacements

Not happy? Return any undamaged product within 90 days for a refund. We just ask the customer pay return shipping. Email hello@queercraft.co to start a return. 

3D Shadowboxes are made to order and are exempt from this policy. Unless it arrives damaged, Shadowboxes cannot be returned.

 365 Day Warranty

If any item is damaged through normal use within the first 365 days of purchase, please contact us at the email below with a picture of the damage and a description of what happened. Upon determining the damage was through normal use, QueerCraft will provide a replacement product within 3 to 5 business days at no expense to customer.
