Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–75business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Area

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
  • QueerCraft is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
