How special orders work
We confirm before we build. Once your order comes in, we'll email you to talk through the details and confirm timing. Nothing gets cut until we're both happy with the plan.
Turnaround is longer than stock items. Most special orders take two to four weeks depending on what you've asked for and where our queue is.
Custom pieces are final sale. Because they're made specifically for you, special orders can't be returned or exchanged unless something arrives damaged or wrong on our end.
